Bay Storage community, are you looking for a holiday event? Somewhere you and the family can go to relieve some holiday stress and just enjoy each others company? Look no further Cape Charles Historical Society is having their annual Oyster Roast. On November 26 from 5pm to 9pm come out and enjoy a different kind of celebration for the holidays. This event is a ticketed event but with your ticket you will get a delicious seafood meal. Don’t worry non-seafood lovers there are options for you as well. Yummy potato soup, fried chicken, and corn will be provided so you won’t miss the fun. The Cape Charles Museum is happy to host this holiday happening for you and your family. Feast from 5pm to 7pm while enjoying some acoustic rock music and a silent auction till 9pm.
Attention Ocean Storage Laskin neighborhood! The Million bulb walk is happening again this year! If you have yet to go, this is the year to take everyone you know! From November 11 to November 23 there will be 2 miles of lights to see and enjoy. From 5pm to 8:30pm every night take a stroll through to see the holiday magic. Purchase your tickets in advance to beat the lines, since this is a popular event. This is a walk through event so take your time and cherish every moment.

Check out the Winter Wonderland at the Portsmouth Art & Cultural Center. The weekend of November 25 come out on Friday and Saturday from 9am to 8pm and Sunday from 11am to 5pm to get in the holiday spirit. This winter wonderland offers an array of holiday activities. Go on a romantic horse drawn carriage ride while the kids enjoy face painting and crafts. There will be plenty of treats to feast on and music to listen to. Admission to the Winter Wonderland is $3 per person but get a deal with the pass to visit all three museums for $12. This is the event of the season don’t miss out on everything there is to do!
From cookie contest to a tree lighting ceremony, your Ocean Storage Shallotte location has found the best holiday events to attend. Starting on December 2 till December 11 there will be something to take the family to. Southport’s Winter-fest is here again to bring you some holiday cheer. Have supper with Santa’s elves to put in a good word to the big man or enjoy some treats while watching the “Polar Express.” There is something for everyone during Winterfest. Don’t forget about the traditional activities like the Christmas parade on December 3 at 10am parade along Main street or the tree lighting ceremony in Franklin Square park at 5:30pm – 7pm. No matter what your favorite holiday event is you will be able to find something during Winterfest!
Looking for something new this holiday season. Go check out the first ever Celebration of lights at Newport News Park. Ocean Storage Yorktown wants you to enjoy the holidays as much as possible. With this easy drive through light extravaganza your family will ooo and ahh over the thousands of lights along the path. Starting November 24th till January 1st the lights will turn on at 5:30 and close at 10pm. There are 70 animated displays along with 230 other displays making a grand total of 300 individual displays! This 43-acre drive through is an experience to share. Take the family for $12.00 per car or grab the whole neighborhood for $60 per bus.
