Our experience was awesome and the staff was always incredibly kind and gracious. The facility was always spotless and had plenty of carts and such to help move out stuff into and out of our unit! Only reason we’re leaving is we moved and no longer need the storage.

Renting the space was hassle free. Danielle explained everything so I would know what to expect. She even went out of her way to provide me with an equipment so that I didn't have to make the trip to get it. I will definitely be referring family and friends who is requiring a storage facility.

I never thought that the experience of renting a storage unit could be so enjoyable. What a pleasant surprise! The manager, Danielle, made the whole process so. It was refreshing to meet & do business with her. She has a great work ethic & way of making you feel like you matter. In this day & age especially, that is a a very big deal. She is a valuable asset to Ocean Storage & I'm happy to have found this facility with a knowledgeable & caring manager. I can’t recommend Ocean Storage enough! This place is clean, convenient to get to and and I feel it is in Safe environment. I can’t say enough about Manager Danielle Marchi, I seriously don’t know what we would have done without her. She helped us choose the right units for our needs, answered all our questions and made sure we had a smooth move in, under very stressful circumstances. I was in the office several times when other customers came in and she treats everyone the same way. We can’t thank her enough🤗

From my experience Ocean Storage is hands down the absolute best storage facility! I will NEVER rent another storage unit anywhere else ! The cleanliness was immaculate , they are very understanding and respectful! Due to unfortunate personal circumstances I was very disappointed at the fact I had to leave Ocean Storage but they will be seeing me again !
