Today I visited Ocean Storage after purchasing my unit online. Donna at the front desk was fantastic. She took the time to show me where the unit was located, how to use my access code, checked to make sure my lock worked, answered my questions, and gave me info for questions I hadn’t thought to ask. All while being an absolute joy to converse with! This 5 star review is specifically for my experience with Donna. I’m happy I have chosen ocean storage for my needs!

After renting my first unit online with ease. I call the number provided to rent another smaller unit (5x10). I wasn’t offered the 2 month web special. So I’m paying 3.4 times the amount by calling versus booking online. I’m sure Ocean Storage will make it right. Update 6/4 Amanda made it right thank you

Update:Second time around…. Still great!Everything was very easy to get through. The help I received from my associate was beyond measure! I love the location to my home! Prices were a bit high, but the service was Grrrrrrreat! lolFirst time renting with them:This store was EXCELLENT! They worked with me to get everything taken care of on my timeline! I hope to only need this storage for a couple of months… but if I need it longer I’m sure I will be in good hands. Andrea and Kalen were outstanding! Keep up the good work!

I must say that store my belongings. Ocean storage has been an amazing experience unlike any storage experience, I have gone through. Amanda, Andrea and Donna, although I just met Donna, I still experience the same thing I have with all of them across the board and I highly recommend ocean storage saw your belongings. You would never have to fret about your belong is there they are so very personable. It's not just about the storage is about the person and that's what I like about them

Always super easy + convenient to visit the unit. Plenty of access doors for unloading and loading super close to your unit. Not too busy so we never felt like we were competing with others for access to our unit. Loved our time storing ALL of our belongings with Ocean Storage with complete peace of mind. Great customer service as well. Ease of paying automatically and online is another perk.

I’ve used many storage unit companies in the past, but none of them hold a candle to this location!!! Cindy and Andrea were both super courteous and worked with me on pricing, and also great for conversation. Facility is flawless, security is great with PIN codes and lots of cameras throughout! Air conditioning controlled units are nice and cool easing the hardships of moving. I also really appreciated the music they played throughout the facilities is a really nice touch!!! Facilities also had plenty of flat bed cargo carts to go around and there’s multiple extra large cargo elevators you get to use for 2nd floor units. Overall I’d give 6 Stars if I could. If I had to make a ding on anything it would only be that it’s not currently a 24hr location but I’m sure they have their reasons for not. They are also Military Friendly making this a Top Choice for military families! I actually feel like I’m getting a great value for my money!

I was very happy with the price of the 10X10 unit I rented. The area to gain access to the storage are a is easy to operate, there are moving carts readily available and the storage is temperature controlled. I needed another unit for more belongings and the staff easily assisted me in getting a unit next to my existing one.
