The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They showed me several vacant units, and found one that fit my budget. The grand opening special on the first two months of rent was an unexpected bonus. Also, very clean facility with ease of access.

My experience was good however the worker completing your paper work when you first apply does not make it clear that there will be several fees added each month which was upsetting being that I paid a administrative fee and was not given the proper knowledge also it's basically impossible to truly take advantage of the deals and discounts advertised.

I talked to 2 different people and both people gave different prices for the 5X5 unit. Then I was told if I was getting a unit on the 3rd floor the price would be lower but when they gave me the price it was still the same.. nothing changed. I don’t know what’s going on but being new they need to get it together when stating prices. The inconsistency isn’t a good look. Looks like they slap on additional charges as they see fit.Also, if you attempt to pay for a unit online to get the web special it doesn’t let you pay… the website blocks the payment from going through.,… So you have to reserve the unit and the storage place will call you to complete the transaction. Be prepared for a higher price when they call than the price given to you online … makes me wonder why the website blocks payment from going through so you will have to talk to someone just to end up with a different price than the one you were offered online.
