Application to move-in was seemless. I completed my lease online with ease. I can appreciate a user friendly site. I arrived at the facility and thought I underestimated the space I had with the items that I had to store until Brandi The Great took a look and came up with a master plan. That type of customer service reminds me that there are still people who care. After about 10-15 minutes of her time we were good to go. Thank you, Brandi!

They doubled the price and I wasn't even there a year. Insurance mandatory. They keep adding fees even when you tell them what day you plan to pay. All other businesses stop adding fees with a promise to pay, but they don't. They just want to sell your stuff.

Brandi is awesome, professional, and so helpful! I went in to look at their units after checking out a few others in the area. They have the best conditions by far. Safe, clean, temperature controlled, spacious units.Below is another review I wrote on a different platform:I left a positive review on Google. Welcoming staff. The facility is the safest, cleanest, and has the temperature under control compared to every storage unit I have visited before I decided to check ocean out. The reason is the price is on the higher side. Thank you for maintaining the units so well!

So today I came in and I was being extra worrisome to the young lady at the front desk today about me being late on my payment and how she should even tho I am 28 days late give me a discount. She was so polite and explained how she could not do that with a very respectful smile and comfortable body language and I started to go off. I ranted and ranted and even pulled out my phone to record her, and she continued to stay positive and very respectful and That was amazing 👏. As a person whom deal with customers everyday and understand how life happens and people sometimes lose their patience due to any kind of circumstance, I respect her professionalism and her patience and her employer should be Proud.
