This is one of the most well kept storage facilities I've visited in Portsmouth. Clean, more than enough space and variety of units to offer. I moved from western branch storage. This facility, in my opinion, is setup better. Staff is very helpful, professional and personable. Only thing I would like to see is a trash can at the storage door entrance(s). There is to much trash being thrown on ground coming from store.

This place was above my expectations.When we called about a storage unit, we were quoted a price for a discount and that discount was applied before we showed up. We were greeted by Courtney, who had all of our info and units ready to show. She was very kind, friendly, and most importantly honest with the whole process. She worked out the best rate she could for us and explained the contract in detail.The units are clean, well maintained. Security system is very nice. Had no problem fitting what we needed to in there and the door closes right every time.This isn't the cheapest place you will find off a Google search. However, the cheaper ones have a lot of negative reviews of condition of units and prorated prices. Ocean doesn't prorate. The price is always the same. It's hard to find honest, well kept, places to store your items. Ocean is one of those places. I would recommend them to anyone.
