The units here go fast, and it's not hard to see why! I had a 10x10 perfectly climate controlled for over 2 years and was a lifesaver for all my stuff while I was overseas!Jenna and her staff helped me so much and really took care of me! We selected Ocean Storage because: (1) location just outside Bay Colony; (2) great website and (3) street appeal. I have never rented a unit before and Jenna and Amanda made it very clear & easy. Reservation was properly made and held. Leasing process was very well done. Move in day from our mother's house in New Jersey was flawless. One suggestion: After dealing directly with Laskin, I found being connected to your main switchboard confusing. Maybe I'm just old 🙂 Amanda did call me right back as the operator said she would. Bottomline: I'm VERY pleased with my selection of Ocean Storage-Laskin

Usually the staff is very helpful. There were 2 ladies there this week that were very helpful and nice. On another visit, I couldn’t find my locker key. The woman there told me I’d have to call a lock smith. I went back a week later to have my husband try the many keys I found and nothing worked. We went to the office again. There was a different woman there and she offered the bolt cutters they had. It worked and I was so grateful. Saved money and time.

Jenna and Andrea are two superstars in customer service. They are definitely a true added value to the company and a those kind of of employees that any company working in the service industry would love to have. Before renting an unit with Ocean Storage I have checked at least 10 different companies in the VB area. It is such a joy to walk into a storage company and be greeted with joy, happiness and respect.In 2091 I took my aunt in to get a storage unit, at that time I was greeted very warm with joy and happiness. Now that I needed a unit I went back to the place with the happy employees. In the Pandemic that is very rare. Keep doing what you’re doing to keep that happiness going.I would definitely recommend this company to others. It’s extremely clean!

I loved that I was able to preview the spaces to determine the best unit size. Because I needed multiple units, they were able to accommodate having my units in close proximity. The staff was always friendly and willing to answer questions and make recommendations. I also love the music that plays in the building so I wouldn’t feel so alone or scared/nervous being in the building alone.

I have had my furnishings in several storage facilities over the years,and I have to say OceanStorage on Oriole Drive in Virginia Beach is byfar superior to any others I have dealt with inthe past. From Rebecca to Jenna (present) theywere efficient, caring,and helpfull.The entranceway to the hallways and floors always clean and well kept. Soooo impressive.

Jenna went above and beyond the call of dutyas my daughter and I moved our” stuff” out of a storage unit . We had several bags of garbage that needed to be placed in a dumpster BUT we weren’t sure where to locate one . Trust the positive reviews! The staff here is incredibly accommodating, the units are large and the entire faculty is very, very clean.
