After visiting a few different storage locations, I decided on Ocean Storage on Laskin Road. The cleanliness was a huge factor for me as well as knowing my things will be safe were important to me. The ease of coming and going with the code to get in and sliding doors is great. I ESPECIALLY loved working with Jenna. She was very welcoming and it’s obvious she cares about making people feel comfortable and that she likes her job! Hands down the BEST STORAGE FACILITY ever!!! Located in a very quiet neighborhood, safe and secure. Very clean, well lit and the air quailty is Excellent! I acquired a unit from 2018- present and haven't experienced any problems.The staff / Miss Jena is TOTALLY AWESOME! She manages the property and is 'very helpful . She greets you with a smile, positive attitude and goes above and beyond to make sure your things are in good hands. I recommend this facility for all your storage needs. I rented my unit for 5 and a half years. The communication with management was always positive and she always replied quickly. The building, units and bathrooms were alway clean and lighted and l never felt unsafe at any time l was there. The temperature within my unit and the building was always perfect and my belongings were never damaged by too munch heat or insects. I never saw any kind of insects or spiders. When l unpacked my belongings they were just as clean and preserved as the day l packed them. I highly recommend this facility.

The units here go fast, and it's not hard to see why! We selected Ocean Storage because: (1) location just outside Bay Colony; (2) great website and (3) street appeal. I have never rented a unit before and Jenna and Amanda made it very clear & easy. Reservation was properly made and held. Leasing process was very well done. Move in day from our mother's house in New Jersey was flawless. One suggestion: After dealing directly with Laskin, I found being connected to your main switchboard confusing. Maybe I'm just old 🙂 Amanda did call me right back as the operator said she would. Bottomline: I'm VERY pleased with my selection of Ocean Storage-Laskin

Usually the staff is very helpful. There were 2 ladies there this week that were very helpful and nice. On another visit, I couldn’t find my locker key. The woman there told me I’d have to call a lock smith. I went back a week later to have my husband try the many keys I found and nothing worked. We went to the office again. There was a different woman there and she offered the bolt cutters they had. It worked and I was so grateful. Saved money and time.

It is such a joy to walk into a storage company and be greeted with joy, happiness and respect.In 2091 I took my aunt in to get a storage unit, at that time I was greeted very warm with joy and happiness. Now that I needed a unit I went back to the place with the happy employees. In the Pandemic that is very rare. Keep doing what you’re doing to keep that happiness going.I would definitely recommend this company to others. It’s extremely clean!

I loved that I was able to preview the spaces to determine the best unit size. Because I needed multiple units, they were able to accommodate having my units in close proximity. The staff was always friendly and willing to answer questions and make recommendations. I also love the music that plays in the building so I wouldn’t feel so alone or scared/nervous being in the building alone.
