Very clean place, and convenient for me. Jena who works there is exceptional. She is very considerate, professional, and works with her customers. I don’t like their management and I think they need to improve and respect their clients. The reason I am leaving is because the prices have gone up for me 25% in one month. This is a bit extreme and it shows the greed. The temperature could improve in the summer, it seems they set it at the highest temperature possible and if you plan to spend anytime in there sorting out things bring water. Winter is not a problem. Overall is a nice facility, and the best you find in Hampton Roads. If you want a To keep your valuables, Like oil paintings, Expensive furniture, Piano, etc. Then I would Recommend this place despite the higher temperature setting in the summer.

It is such a joy to walk into a storage company and be greeted with joy, happiness and respect.In 2091 I took my aunt in to get a storage unit, at that time I was greeted very warm with joy and happiness. Now that I needed a unit I went back to the place with the happy employees. In the Pandemic that is very rare. Keep doing what you’re doing to keep that happiness going.I would definitely recommend this company to others. It’s extremely clean!

I needed a storage asap with no time to spare. I work a lot and of course wait until last minute to get most things done which is not ideal but happens. I stopped by ocean storage this morning bc I could not get the website to let my rent a unit online last night. It said it could not validate me no matter what I tried. I was aggravated but technology always gives me issues. When I walked in the facility I was greeted with a very friendly smile and voice from Mrs. Jenna Martin. I’ve been to “the bunny place” and it pales in comparison to Ocean Storage. Everything about the place is top notch. It’s super clean, feels secure, is well-lit and is conveniently located. Mostly though it’s the staff, in particular my interactions with Jenna were always excellent. Her helpfulness and kind gestures were much appreciated. I highly recommend this business.

I can not say enough about Ocean Storage and especially Jenna and the staff. We have been with you for years even while living in Hampton, we never changed locations. We actually just picked up another unit temporarily. Over the years, we have merged our family's household items over and over again until we are down until the merge with mom's passing. But do not worry, I actually believe we will find a reason to always be a part of Ocean Storage with even a small unit... We have had some of our heirloom antiques and seasonal items in a 10x20, then a 10x10 space at Oceans Storage for about 8 years while we tried condo life. We have always been very satisfied with the cleanliness and safety of the building. Jenna, the onsite manager, has been so helpful and friendly every time we come or call. We are moving into a house big enough to have our belongings with us, but I highly recommend the Oceans Storage if you’re looking for a safe, clean and secure place for storage.

I've been in customer service businesses in banking, investments, and real estate for 30 years. The difference in poor, good, and excellent businesses comes down to service to customer - so you get less than you expected, what you expected, or "Wow, that's mitre than I expected!". Jenna and her team at Ocean Storage pro-actively reached out to me so help me with special services during my move up the east coast. They readily accommodated my requests and made me feel important as a customer! Yeah, the faculty is very clean and nicely decorated, the temperature is comfortable, it's easy to reserve a unit online, but the people make this storing things here a fantastic experience.

You get what you pay for and I’m glad I paid for ocean storage. 3rd floor, climate controlled, a custom password specific to you to get into the facility. This place is top of the line and was easily worth the price. Can’t forget the staff either. Out of the last 3 years, I never had an issue with them. Every phone call or visit they helped and answered every question I had. Be like Ocean Storage.

Jenna is a Rock Star....The facilities fantastic and the people are great!Where do I start, The facility is amazing, My mothers things were just as I left them 7 years and $19klater, ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Jenna, she always went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of! My only issue in 7 years was after i drove 750 miles to get there to get some things, I'm assuming The OWNER, not staff, told me "No Loitering" was allowed because I had propped my feet up on a sofa I had stored because my ankles had swollen being in the car for 20 hours, at that point in time Id been a paying customer for 5 plus years.... Maybe she was having a bad day and needed a scapegoat. Still was not a friendly attitude to take towards someone dealing with loss and life.

Hands down the BEST STORAGE FACILITY ever!!! Located in a very quiet neighborhood, safe and secure. Very clean, well lit and the air quailty is Excellent! I acquired a unit from 2018- present and haven't experienced any problems.The staff / Miss Jena is TOTALLY AWESOME! She manages the property and is 'very helpful . I rented my unit for 5 and a half years. The communication with management was always positive and she always replied quickly. The building, units and bathrooms were alway clean and lighted and l never felt unsafe at any time l was there. The temperature within my unit and the building was always perfect and my belongings were never damaged by too munch heat or insects. I never saw any kind of insects or spiders. When l unpacked my belongings they were just as clean and preserved as the day l packed them. I highly recommend this facility.
