My husband and I stopped into the location on North Hampton Blvd in Va Beach and we were greeted with the biggest smile. Lisa Parker was so nice, she showed us 3 different size storage units, showed us how to reserve online and then offered to do it for us. She then gave us her business card and said she works again on Tuesday and please call her with any questions. As we were leaving we saw the sign that says they close at 2 and it was currently 2:30. She never once rushed us or made us think she was supposed to be off. We need more people like this in customer service. When we got into the car my husband said we are going to rent from them because I know she will be help us when we need it.

If you ever want to find a great place to put your storage at please use these facilities. They are clean and have excellent storage unit by far the best I have ever stored in. Want to thank Danielle she is beyond one of the best around. I even switched storage units at the last minute even though she had me set up for the closet one possible but I still took another one. If you ever encounter Danielle than you will see why she is great at what she does. Even offered discount to get a certain unit but I needed a different one. Kudos to her and appreciate your great customer service that you give to people

I had run into an issue after purchasing some furniture and the Public Storage I wanted to utilize was not open that early. I called and spoke with the representative at the Diamond North location. She was very polite and helpful in accommodating me with what I needed. She went the extra mile and helped get my son out from moving the furniture into the storage unit quickly and sufficiently. I was confused about a fee that was being changed to my account and was frustrated. The associate was calm and non-confrontational which helped de-escalate the situation. I was able to get my answers without things turning ugly. The associate was very professional and polite.

The facility is always clean. Service (if needed) is quick. They have amazing hours of operation. They don’t hassle you if you forget to pay or if you are late to pay. I recently recommended my sorority to get a storage unit here because our old storage unit threatened to cut our locks & auction our stuff off even though we missed only one month! The people here at Ocean Storage are NOTHING like that! we already secured our unit! and we are so happy. Ocean Storage is very kind and the staff is amazing. Especially at the Northampton Blvd Location in VA Beach!

Ocean Storage,Earlier today I received a notification of review reply and I had no idea what that meant, and when i checked I saw i had left your business a 1 or 2 star review. I have NO IDEA how that happened, my only theory was my toddler was in possession of my phone for a little while today and he presses ALL the buttons...So first, IM SORRY 🤣 and second, its rare that you see a business jump on dissatisfaction these days, and your reply spoke volumes of the type of business you run. So although I have never used your facility and honestly don't know where it is, I wanted to return and leave a legit review. So 5 stars for wanting to assess and fix a problem you didn't know about (because it didn't exist)

I liked this place so much I went back when I had to move again. The staff is amazing. Sue was kind and super knowledgeable and set me up for success with the van and showing me what I would need. Climate controlled, multi story (I prefer due to Norfolk/VA Beach amazing ability to flood), elevators and no pests. I have continually recommended this place over and over. Check it out.
