Love the facility, the ease of access, and the fact that they are “conditioned” spaces. The carts are greatly appreciated too!Roben, the manager at this facility, has been very helpful. We’ve rented more than one unit and she’s been very patient, showing us the different options and going over the pricing helping us make the best choice. It’s obvious she takes pride in her job and the facility itself. That’s something you don’t see too much these days. I really appreciate that!

What A wonderful ,Fresh, spacious and clean Facility. Ocean Storage exceeded all expectations and come equipped with carts and temperature controlled storages to fit any need. Very wonderful staff as well. Ms. Courtney and Ms Roben were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this facility.Also, it is well monitored and is insured as well.Conveniently located in the KROGER Ironbridge road shopping center. As well.

My experience with Ocean Storage was Great! Robin was absolutely amazing! She was able to keep me updated and informed about updates and timing; whenever I needed help she was a great resource. The units and building were always very clean. I also really appreciate how many dolly carts are provided on-site to help with loading/unloading. I also really like the amount of space there is provided to load/unload.

It seems like it's been an extremely long time since I have experienced amazing customer service anywhere. Apparently all I needed to do was to check out the Ocean Storage Greenyard facility in Chester!My first encounter was with Krystian when I was on my fact-finding mission about storage options. She was actually filling in for the manager Roben that day and she proved to be so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I left confidant that I would be back since Krystian's answers convinced me Greenyard would be the perfect place to store our belongings: clean, convenient and secure.The next day, I returned knowing exactly what I wanted to rent and I met Roben, the manager of the Greenyard facility. Her friendliness, patience and eagerness to meet my needs was so refreshing! It is obvious that she treats her job in both a personal and professional way with the manner that she presents herself. Such a genuinely caring person! Ocean Storage is lucky to have such quality folks representing their company. Top notch facility. Top notch service. Top notch employees.

I love this storage compared to others Ive used in the past! The store manager Roben was extremely helpful as well. The process took me less than ten minutes and when I got there to get my lock Roben explained everything to me before I could even ask which I love because I have social anxiety, so it’s a little hard for me to communicate concerns. This establishment is very friendly and clean. 10/10

We are moving overseas and needed a storage room since we sold our home. We chose Ocean Storage due to the close vicinity to our home. In the weeks leading up to moving, I visited the store several times to purchase boxes and supplies and received a discount every time due to the volume of purchases I was making. We initially rented a 10x30 and on moving day, I quickly learned that we needed an additional 10x20 unit. I was on the verge of a breakdown and walked into the office crying. Roben Nettles, the Store Manager, was there to calm me down and let me know that she had my back and that everything was going to be okay. She quickly set me up with an additional unit right across from the one I already had and treated me like family. I cannot say enough about how kind and sweet she is and I would recommend Ocean Storage to anyone.

Robin is truly the best! Made it a very easy and comfortable transition for me. The property is truly amazing, clean, secured, and I can’t stress enough Robin service was above over and beyond! Army Veteran here make sure you ask about military discount! Oh also forgot if the weather is bad don’t worry the loading dock protects you! They have big padded Elevators, Six big carts to put all your furniture on. Sliding doors are open on hold while moving in! Go check them out! You wont be disappointed! August 11, 2022
